Abstract

One way to increase sales during this pandemic is by utilizing social media.There are a lot of Puli cracker businesses in the community. However, sales through social media are still few or rare. Sales using social media during the covid-19 pandemic like this will add buyers or customers and will increase sales. In Dusun Tengah 2, Larangan Tokol Village, Tlanakan District, Pamekasan Regency, sales of puli crackers through social media are still rare, with community service lectures will help one of the pulley crackers business actors to increase sales through social media during the covid-19 pandemic The Community Service Lecture activity was held at Mrs. WR's house, located in Dusun Tengah 2. This activity used a field method which started with observation first and then marketed the product to social media. The social media used are WhatsApp and Instagram. WhatsApp and Instagram are social media that are widely used by people today. The sale of Puli crackers belonging to Mrs. WR is only sold to markets. In the midst of this pandemic, sales are not too maximal, especially when an emergency PPKM is applied. By doing these activities, it can help in increasing the sales of Puli chips belonging to Mrs. WR. Doing marketing through social media is sometimes not easy, it takes creativity and seriousness so that customers are interested, not bored and there is an increase in sales while marketing their products through social media.
