Abstract
Learning for the education of children with autis requires special handling. Selecting the approach and strategy of learning for them required special expertise. It is to understand the development of communicative behavior, emotional and social deficit of having by children with autis. This paper discusses the approaches and learning strategies of children with autis to improve their social skills. The approach of visual learning is a good model for teachers to improve the communicative abilities, emotional and social skills of children with autis. The success of the approach is more evident when supported by supportable five strategies such as modeling strategy, storytelling, role playing, turn talking and self efficacy building, The combination of visual learning approach with those strategy is believed to overcome the emotional problems, cognitive and psychomotor problem of autistic children in order to improve their social skills in learning. From the discussion of this study reveals some theories to understanding of social inclusion of children with autis, examines the concept of learning for children with autis and the improvement of their social skill by using visual learning approach was recommended for the restoration of cognitive, emotional and social skills. Shortly, the visual learning approach was supported by five learning strategy is more effective in helping the recovery of cognitive development, emotional learning and social skills of children with autis.
