Abstract
Library is one of resource centers, which can fullfll user’s
information need for teaching learning process especially in postgraduate program of STAIN Pamekasan. To create optimal and good service in postgraduate library, it can be seen from user’s perception in service quality in postgraduate STAIN Pamekasan. The technic of data collection uses observation, interview and documentation. A quality in giving service to user depends on capability and atitude from ofcer it self, besides the quantity and quality of the collection, the comfort of building and rooms, the furnitures, computers and other tools
